A freewheeling conversation, that creates a safe space for mental well-being of the leaders.
“Conversations” can happen in smaller groups where everyone shares space & are comfortable. As leaders this is what needs to be facilitated amongst the team members. We need to work on ourselves in order to lead in these trying times. Working with the self to know our own state is very important. In this 3-week conversation it is getting together a maximum of 12 managers.
The methodology is conversations where we work one word each week with questions to help them release what they hold within. Each of them is a framework of acronyms (CARE, VOICE, GLAD) which with the help of questions we open up with conversations. As managers we need to build relationships with our teams. How do you we do this? Can I be vulnerable? Is it normal to cry? Is it ok to celebrate?
